This service mindset extends to the way George feels about his customers, which led him to open www.Phil-AmSelfDefense.net, a blog dedicated to informing customers about his products and educating them about how to defend themselves from assault by criminals. “If I can save one person from being mugged, robbed, raped, or worse, I’ll feel I have made a difference,” says George soberly.
